Tender lamb pieces, slow cooked to perfection, lightly curried
Slow cooked until tender then fried. Can be ordered crispy or sticky basted with our Nguni Basting. Served with sauerkraut.
Traditionally slow cooked in a onion sauce with potatoes and carrots.

200g Sirloin steak wrapped with ham and cheddar cheese then crumbed and deep-fried, covered by your choice of sauce.
Choose between plain or spicy chicken strips/beef strips or veg (spinach and feta), Rolled tortilla with a choice of you filling, served with shredded lettuce, diced tomato and guacamole. Rounded of with your choice of rice or chips.
